1 Jervois Road, Ponsonby
Refurbishment of this large multi-tenanted commercial building to suit new medical, office and retail tenancies.
NZ Police facilities
Main contractor for the conversion and refurbishment of two large commercial offices into new police facilities, including the new Mt Roskill Police station.
292 Karangahape Road
Redevelopment and refurbishment of this two storey building to create several new tenancy spaces. Included a major upgrade to the existing hvac and extraction systems, installation of new street shopfronts, and full restoration of existing terrazzo cladding.

The Glasshouse in Morningside offers a unique event space; an oasis of calm and serenity in the heart of Auckland.
Morningside Precinct
We've transformed this corner commercial site in Morningside from a sewing factory into a modern hub, home to seven food and hospitality vendors including Miann, Kind Cafe, a wedding and functions venue, office spaces and a bridal showroom.
22 Minnie Street, Eden Terrace
Extension to a mezzanine floor and refurbishment of existing commercial premise.
Ponsonby Fire Station
We converted this prime Ponsonby site into retail and office spaces, currently tenanting Duck Island, Huffer, Juliette Hogan, Inco Studio and Black Matter jewellery.
The Guardian Vault
This project involved doubling in size a high security private Vault in the basement of the Guardian Trust building on Queen Street, while continually providing access to existing clients.
Amora Hotel
Envoy carried out a major Hvac and ceiling refurbishment of all 140 Amora Auckland hotel rooms, completed within 12 weeks. The hotel was fully operational during construction with a 2 week turnover building allowance for each floor. Delivered on time, on budget, and with minimal disruption to the hotelier and guests.
Robbers Dog
Take one scratchy old Kingsland warehouse and transform it into a production studio for Film Company Robbers Dog. We provided total project management including the construction of a new mezzanine floor and the supply and installation of all new windows and doors.
Hobson Towers West, 26 Hobson St
The top floor (L10) of this building was unused, the old elevator serviced only up to L9. The building's Body Corporate engaged Envoy to provide enabling works; to alter the roof structure and lift shaft to install two new elevators to reach L10 thereby unlocking the value of what is effectively a new floor with views across the city, ready for future development.
Auckland Airport
We're pleased to be working directly with Auckland Airport as a trusted main contractor on specialist projects with full security clearance to work airside.
67 Shortland Street
This character building had seen better days. Cheshire Architects were engaged to transform Level 1 into a luxurious personal office with the ground floor reserved for a hospitality tenancy. Envoy completed this project which included an interior fit out to a standard rarely seen in New Zealand.
2- 8 Osborne Lane
Envoy were engaged by the landlord and Cheshire Architects to refurbish this existing character building ready for new tenant Simon James Design.
Dental Surgery, BDO Tower Takapuna
Envoy converted floor 3 in BDO Tower Takapuna from a series of offices to a 12 chair dental surgery. Full project management including all critical services and major trades.
